Richard and Kate Fenton's wide experience

of catering in Los Angeles was the inspiration

for the Firehouse Rotisseries, amongst the most popular and stylish dining rooms in both Bath

and Bristol. The open kitchens produce mouth watering rotisserie chicken, grills, gourmet

brick-fired pizzas, inventive salads and specials with tastes and flavours from the South western USA, Mexico, the Pacific Rim and Creole cuisine, plus a choice of delicious desserts.
